As for right now training the driver for overtaking it's too long and expensive. Since as clearly stated by this topic more overtaking would corrispond to more entertainment, this solution would make it possible to achieve even in lower categories, and that's the fun you're looking for.

Essentially I agree with what Miel said.
The figures here don't take many things into account. So take the chart with a huge pinch of salt. Massive massive massive pinch of salt.
Essentially don't take notice of the chart is what i'm getting at. Do your own research over a season in your own races and you'll have a huge understanding of overtaking.
