Nope. Formulas were getting too complicated. Didn't take the extra time to do it.

Randomly split up numbers for the BOT teams. So technically, they could spend all of their points in the same round (other than the 3-3 for the first two rounds).

"Open Apply" means there is no manager, and so it is a BOT team.

GROUP A:
Australia are the shock leaders of Group A after 2 of 3 matches. Columbia, with a win over Madagascar, keep their hopes alive. But they MUST WIN against Australia in order to qualify for the World Cup.
GROUP B:
Malaysia leads the group by two points over Italy. The two teams play each other in the final group game and the winning team will qualify for the world cup. (A draw qualifies Malaysia.)
GROUP C:
This is the only group where three teams could still potentially win it. Romania could lose and still qualify, but a loss by three would virtually guarantee elimination. India and Monaco are on the outside looking in.
GROUP D:
Netherlands and the Philippines will face off with the prize a spot at the world cup. A draw would qualify the Netherlands.
