A bit of an odd suggestion but maybe Elite Managers should be able to Sign a couple of Drivers as Academy Drivers.They could then negotiate with worse Managers to agree to the use of their Academy Drivers so the Academy Drivers get better.

We would have a free agency, as well as the possibility to trade drivers to other managers.

Would be nice if every manager could sign an extra driver to be a "test driver" in the best sense of the word and then we could train this driver and they could take thr seat once the oficial driver contratc expire
