Good win for Ahmet, it would probably have been more deserved a couple of seasons ago but better late than never.
I didnt expect myself to win on most Overachieving or most known manager to never been on elite and was way closer to the top than i expected as I feel I am not worthy.
On the other hand its good to feel the recognition of the community for Martini's progress, and we will keep improving this was just a beggining. I actually think I have been able to acomplish more collectively than individually and I would consider the influence on team progress the only reason why i should be considered an Overachieving Manager.
Now enough with the bla bla, good work Kirsty. Its always a pleasure to read this awards every season :)

Martini Racing as a most overachieving team is a very good prize even if I wasn't nominated in any of the categories, being part of a team to achieve this prize is more than enough. :)
Even if I didn't take part in the voting, it was nice to read. Congrats to other managers, etc, who won!
