My plan at the beginning was to also lower the motivation of my driver in the later part of the season, but you guys ruined my plans ;)

It's not obvious, but JM is now sure to be promoted, cause he can't be passed by both Miha and Alan, congrats :D

Contrats then, JM, but i suspect you are not the type to sit back until you secure a guaranteed group win :)

JM needs only 3 points to secure thw championship.
I will not get more than 10 points till the end.
This is the last race I push.

Ct60 for this race Grigoris??

yes Alan i push till the end cause i don't have to demotivate, but seeing your car's levels Miha and you, I think obviously that I shall not cause problem for both of you to promote!^^

Well i'm surprised none of you noticed that my drivers contract was/has ended after last race so, barring a miracle you are all safely into Pro. I, on the other hand, will have to hope that 80 pts is enough for an extra promo spot.

Still it was a fun, if slightly frustrating, season and it's always nice to have a chatty group. Good luck in Pro guys and feel free to pray i get some luck.

I did notice your driver's contract runs out, but I wasn't sure if it will continue (if you extended it before his OA was too high) or not.

80 points might be enough, I've been told that it can be anything up to 30 managers that get additionally promoted, but it varies a lot, it can also be only a few.

I did notice too, but I thought his contract was already extended..

So good luck Alan, that should do it!

And yes it was fun to have an active chat! I think Kamil has initiate that last season, so thx Kamil^^

Ct60 for this race Grigoris??
No,not 60. I had only 90 energy before the race and ended with 11. But I had high enough risks to set the fastest lap among all Amateur groups.
Congratulations JM for the championship.
I hope both Miha and Alan promote in the end of this season.

Thx Grigoris :)

Not easy to win this championship, because I had a great adversity!

Good idea Alan to take a pilot with FT!

I think four more points and it's good to promote, i'm not worried : you'll do it!

It was a pleasure to fight against you, Alan, Miha and Grigoris, And be surs that I shall follow with interest your routes in pro!!

Was surprised to do as well as a podium but i took the gamble to get some more pts and it paid off nicely. Cannot officially congratulate you on the group win yet, JM, but I've no doubt it will happen.

Nice win, Miha, and now i have to decide what to do next race (never thought i would have to put so much effort into an amateur promo season) :P

Sadly, if i do make it to Pro, i will be pipi and relegation (but that is part of my plan believe it or not).

Thanks, I had to win this one, because I'm not sure what to do in the last couple of races. I want to bring my driver's motivation down to keep him in pro, but I also want to be 100% sure that I promote :) Decisions, decisions...

So, I decided to lower my driver's motivation. If I promote and lose my driver I accomplish nothing.

94 points should be more than enough, even if Alan overtakes me in 3rd place.

Also, I agree with JM, was a pleasure racing with you guys, even if sometimes a bit nerve wracking, especially for me and Alan ;)

Well there are six who can overtake 94 pts (and a few who can match) but two safety spots below me so hopefully whichever of us finishes 4th will be ok. I'm not sure if i can do anything last race (haven't checked how much of my car needs replacing yet) so not sure if i can take your guaranteed spot anyhow.

Well, I'll risk it :) After checking some pro groups, I think I would have to be quite unlucky not to promote with 94 points.

Actually I see 5 additional spots Ama->Pro, according to Elite and Master groups, so it's almost sure to get additional spot with 94 points (just one more is needed to ensure it till start of last race).

I hope to see you in Pro next season cause I'm also almost sure to retain :)

Yes, let's hope so. I'm sure Miha probably spent a lot of time working on his driver and package and i appreciate how irritating it can be to have someone take a spot while planning a direct demotion next season (i've had it happen to me before too).

Still, there is method in my madness and i do have my own plan (of sorts) so hopefully you will get a promotion too, Miha and i won't have to spend my Easter feeling guilty :P

in fact, i'm more worried for the demotivation of Grigoris pilot, but we'll see..
