- As you Noticed the Motivation of the Drivers it's not Normal.!!!
1. In all of my Team members (Hellenic Forces 13) ...Decreased: -4 on 4th Place, -7 on 7th on Me, -12 on 7th place again in other, -19 on 9th Place.!!!!
...other times increased on 15th place not Decreased on 4th.!!!!
2. Even Stranger is the OA of My Driver: with that Skills had to be 148, but it's 149 (that Needs more MOT.!!!!!!)
- So tell as please Dear GPRO what happens ...is something Wrong or it's Normal.???

1) You're missing / ignoring certain factors that affect moti increase / decrease

2) Your OA calculator is wrong.


So all normal.

But your OA calculators are all wrong. If they were right, they would tell you the correct value. ;)

Race position isn't the only reason motivation goes up and down. Qualifying results also have an impact

As well as a certain driver stat. Even some non-race, non-qualifying, non-driver factors contribute.
