It's a possible stupid question, but, how can i change team logo?
I already have one, but when i choose a new logo, the upload button is gray, so i can't click on it.

Andrew, out of curiosity, I followed your link, to see where the "remove logo" thingy was. If any team member, aside from a team leader, clicks on your link, it should take you to the Team Membership page, but that person would not have authority to change logos, and nothing would happen, aside from taking you to the Team Membership page.

However, I'm a team leader, and I have the authority to change the logo. I believe that by clicking on your link, it caused me to delete our team logo, merely by following your link.

That sucks Alan. I find that a little on the humorous side. Not cause you lost your stuff,but because that is something that would happen to me..
