Okay I have searched for answers but I cannot find what I am looking for..

If I have raced since race 1 then did a soft reset at race 14, continued to race until race 17, after the season reset, would I still get the 5 mill bonus for completing the 17 races? Thanks for the answers.

The rules state

"All managers who qualified for all 17 races in the previous season will get a bonus of $5.000.000"

So I would say yes you should get it according tt that wording

Yes but wouldn't the soft reset scrap the 14 races before? Or regardless they still would count the 17races

You should have 17 lashings for a soft reset :)

I believe so yes.

They will still show on your Managers Profile, but not in your season standings.
So from what I understand, you do a "Soft Reset" @R14 in your example, you won't get the $5 million BONUS as those earlier races have been deleted from that season.

It is either one or the other, you can't have both LOL

You should start with $35million

I requested an immediate reset in S52 from Master at R6, completed 17 races that season, and started with $35million the next season. Hopefully soft resets will be dealt similarly to that.

How was that immediate reset possible? Or is that the request where you get to chose your rookie group?

Any more with more similar experiences?

I was at a point where I could no longer replace parts, would lose money every race and would have had to smoke 11 races. I asked Vlad if he could put me back to Rookie to save my boredom and he did so, in a random Rookie group. I think it was more of an account reset, as I was also removed from my team.

If you PM Vlad before requesting a soft reset with your problem, he should respond. But I'm assuming a soft reset is similar to what I had done.

The reset is active for next season, not for now !

Then, you have the entire season to try somes things

Soft reset happens instantly, don't post misleading information.
