I hate to post questions like this in the forums but the search function seems to defy logic. I type in Letter s, or Letter S beside driver name and many other variations and came up with a grand total of 0 results.

This is very frustrating for a newbie. Logic tells me that the 'S' means that the driver is signed but when I click on their name, I am told he has received no offers.

Your help is appreciated (in advance).
