This can't get much closer, so maybe I will make my debut at the meeting, at least for one day. :-)
If someone is looking to book a plane, I will just add a few words - if you have an alternative flight connection to Gdańsk, it is worth considering it. The transfer from the airport in Gdańsk to the train is very well organized and the route on the Gdańsk-Warsaw line takes place in very comfortable conditions, lasts 2h40min and will cost ~50EUR. Trains generally leave every hour.

Warsaw for July 26-28th for the Belgian GP?
If so will start exploring travel options.

Flight booked with Finnair! Arriving on 25.th 12:15 local time.
No idea how long I will be staying :D.

Last time’ I was in Warsaw I stayed in radisson blu Sobieski, more then decent hotel
Could be worth a check @jon beagles

for me Motel One sounds good, near the old town

sorry to say no, my GPRO meeting days are over buddy. This year is impossible anyway, Euro’s - Olympics.
