what we require from you
1.computer with decent internet connection
2.access to excell spreadsheets for your car set-ups AND BASIC knowledge of spreadsheet functions.
3.discord for transfer of files, info and general chat - no mic or video required.
4.ability and dedication to race every race or to holiday your account when real life interferes
5.willingness to change and try something new if we see you could achieve better results with a better ' driver/money management etc.'
6.to share race analysis every race to help with the development of your total package. also to help with strategic planning for the whole team.
7.ability to communicate in English

well loosing Alex early in the season "decided to leave gpro" and Aswin "lost total connection" but we still ended in 105th position overall and with Dion,Johan Swanepoel and Fred all promoting to PRO DIV and with Brian & Tobi both winning their groups and both their champion cups and promoting to AMATEUR DIV not a bad season - Tobi joins us from our training academy to replace Aswin - hoping for a better season 83 & 84

2. S81R3 -- 51st position
3. S81R17 -- a lot of re-shuffling done and now we can start re-building

1. S80R1 -- 29th position "top 50" 2x wins 4x podiums
2. S80R8 -- 26 podiums so far - position 43 "top 50 " -- beating many top teams in "top 20" with podium's achieved this season
3. S80R11 -- 37 podiums so far - 5x managers running with their handbrakes on
