Have to say this has been a great "silly season" (break), with a lot of top managers and teams making moves! Has made this off season a lot of fun to set and watch, and think there is 3 1/2 days till the season truly starts! With 10 top 50 teams with spots still up for grabs a few top managers yet to make there next move!

Its a new body of water they've found, contains only swans.

Make a team at the end of s30 and leave it before R1 the next season???? I just don't get some people!

I think he wanted to start his own project and didn't succeed on it. I won't call that being a team hopper at all.

nyhalls not a team hopper,i still hold him in high stead/good regard, its kinda sad his credibility has been doubted in the past month starting a team and then transforming it in a successful unit is quite a tough task,you wont attract stars [but all you need is active loyal dedicated bunch of fellows which are hard to get nowdays],unless you have planned or have a good foresight its quite tough to create good teams.

I can follow that some people think this is strange and it certainly wasn't my plan when I created Sigma at all ... But sometimes things don't go as planned and then you need to solve problems and I think this solution is even better then staying at Sigma ...

Exactly I have had other offers to leave my team, and turned them down to stay here and make RR a top team! I think it's impressive what we have been able to do in 3 seasons without the help of more experienced managers! We all started on the team as rookies and are helping each other advance!

He applied to the team and I told him I was going to leave and I asked him if he wanted to have it so then he had created a 2M cheaper team.
He answered with a yes so I gave it to him.

Because I didn't got the managers I really wanted and talking was getting very hard whan I was trying to convince people. I thought it was way more ease and underestimated it. Completely my fault though. I had to make a decision before the new season would actually start so I made this one ...
