I can't find a meaning in dislikes for posts in team recruitment forum. If they can explain me whats wrong, I could correct it.

Hope is not the answer.You must be confident and have the required grit and determination to prove your detractors wrong.The word hope opens a can of lack of self belief.
So it should be Ours teams taking this as a challenge.Were confident of performing well.
