I know a few words in Polish, i think it says Get Well Soon Robert. That's better than zycie Kubica (to spanish fuerza Kubica, it's what we say when we want somebody to get well soon)
To be fair my Polish very basic, it ranges from Djindobrey to Djincourey
Hope he's back soon. He strikes me a real racer & a good guy. And I think he deserves better results than he's been getting.
i think that 'Get well soon Robert' is similar to 'Speedy recovery Robert'
Szybkiego (implicitly Życzę Ci Szybkiego) - quick (i wish you quick) powrotu (comeback) do zdrowia (to health) Robert
if quick comeback to health = speedy recovery then 'Szybkiego powrotu do zdrowia Robert' = 'Speedy recovery Robert'
Its hard to translate word for word, we can translate it diversely
am I right?

http://f1zone.pl/profil/english.html <---- Mosaic for Robert (support)
Dear Robert Kubica fans! We hardly ever experience such a situation when all fans of Robert Kubica are allowed to participate in such a common campaign, without any stoppages nor barriers! However, circumstances have caused that Robert Kubica needs now our enormous optimism and support more than ever before. For that reason, the campaign "The Mosaic for Robert" was started.
It is a project which came out from many initiatives which that came up in this portal. The aim of the campaign is to create the mosaic portrait of Robert Kubica. The portrait will be built out of the photos which his supporters should send. All you have to do is to log in http://f1zone.pl and place there your own photograph. We give you a necessary tool which automatically resizes your photo to the dimensions needed for our further work.
The mosaic will be printed out in form of a poster. Its dimensions depend on a number of photographs which we will receive. If we assume that we will receive 15000 pictures, the size of a poster will oscillate around 150cm x 200cm. Surely, the mosaic will be helpful to Robert and given directly to him.
The plan is to give all of you the possibility to download the file, which will be suitable for printing, from our web page after the ending of the campaign.
We would like Robert to feel positive energies that flow from the hearts of all his fans! Our "thank you" goes to: BestF1.pl, RP.pl, RMF Max, TVP Info, TVN, PAP, TVP1, Dziennik Zachodni and all not mentioned media which are helping us. We wish that more supporters and media will join us in that fan's initiative.

Robert should choose what is more important for him: F1 or Rallies. I hope he back soon... He could be now in Australia, and fight for winning, but this horrible crash cought his dreams ... Probably this car version for Lotus Renault is the best machine, that Robert ever had in his career

How does Robert's recovery ahead?

Kubica has been otherwise healthy, but he does not remember what happened when he was injured. Here is the news in English translation:
Rally accident, recovering from the Renault driver Robert Kubica says cured advancing rapidly.
Polish driver says he is satisfied with improvement in their condition, but the timetable for the return of the race track is not yet relevant.
- The spiritual side does not have any problems. Physically, I'm still a little weak, but the general kuntoni is quite good. My weight has also increased to normal levels, and the last few weeks I have been able to walk without assistance. Overall, I feel very good, said Kubica stables website.
- Rehabilitation runs the same line with expectations. Fortunately, there is no emergence of any complications that might affect recovery, but it is still too early to build a schedule paluulleni. The most important thing is the end result, not haste, Kubica went on.
Kubica does not believe in a serious accident to affect him mentally for racing as a driver.
- I do not have any recollection of the accident. I just know its consequences. I feel as if it had never happened. I believe in returning the lines just as I was before, assured Kubica.

Sounds like he definitely can be back behind the wheel at some time.
Question is, will he be able to drive as fast as before? :/

This is what I'm seriously worried about, before the accident he had the ability to be the best easily given the right car, is his career compromised now? I really hope not :(

Mika Salo said to Finnish media that he had a chat with Kubicas doctors and fitness people and they said that there is no way Kubica would drive this season, they weren't sure if he could EVER drive in races, they said that he lost his thumb in the accident. I hope this isn't true ffs, but you never know :(
Mika Salo is talking bs. I recently read Kubica has regained full mobility in the thumb already.
Once again it seems that Mika Salo's mouth is faster than his driving.
He's already stated he wont be back this season, but looking to return next season and his hand is fine and now he's just building up strength and fitness ready for next season.
Yeah personally I think thats bs, dunno if it's Salo or the doctors making this up.

You can look at Felipe Massa's preformance since his accident and see how much a major incident can affect you. However I really do hope Kubica comes back, and I hope he will be stronger than ever.

I thought he had no movement below his right elbow until this operation. Obviously its hard to understand the conflicting information because he's stayed out the spotlight, the pressure of a comeback is the last thing he needs whilst he gets better.

I think its a confidence issue with Massa, Hockenheim slowed him more the hugary 2009, but being out for as long as Kubica (could be over a seasons) might be could be worse, it will take time to get back up to speed with F1.
