I dislike both the like and dislike button and like Heite, I'd like to express my dislike for the idea. In all likeliness, however, the Admins are not going to like it and the like and dislike buttons are likely to stay.

Oh my god, I can't believe they implemented this...
These colored thumbs looks sooo bad. It definitely shouldn't be in 'manager's name' area, maybe somewhere in 'post' area... And not that big, and not that colorful.
