Also, how many racing drivers are over 100kgs?
I read on the BTCC website that Matt Neal is 102kg

how come that some managers have drivers with OA 87 or 88 at the start of season??? I saw they didn't even do the testing and with training you get usually 1 point. How is that possible?

It depends on the training you do and depends on what happened during the season reset, although the reset doesn't usually help much. But it is possible to get to that OA with some training sessions and a few other factors which easily raise a certain skill.

Renewal ^^ And this just took away what I had attempted to "encrypt" with my last sentence. :P

Your driver becomes 'happy' when you tell him that you love him and want to give him new contact at the end of the current one ;)

ok... i have an OA related question... how is it possible that at the start of the season, some managers in my group (Amateur -12) to have drivers with OA > 120, when we all know that the limit is 110? for example, a manager retained his group... let's say that at the end of the last season he had the max possible OA (110) in order to keep his driver in Amateur... how could he have reached 123 OA from 110 right after the season reset??? you can only add +5 or +6 by training and contract extension (by my calculations)... please correct me if i'm wrong...

OA limit is for signing drivers, not for keeping them. So in ama you can't sign a driver with OA more than 110 and you do not lose them at reset if OA is more than 110 until the contract runs out.

|

You can't renew contract either if OA is above group limit.
i have added the bold part

you can't renew the driver contract when OA more than 110 in amateur

No, you cannot renew contract either but if someone signs and extends a contract when the driver is at 110, 34 races later he can be at 140 easily while still being in Amateur. Driver isn't lost unless you relegate with a driver over the OA limit. After 34 races, if he/she isn't in pro at that time the driver will leave though as you cannot extend contract unless driver is under OA limit.
Umm.. little late but whatever =)

You can renew but only if he is under the 110 OA amateur limit.
For example you can now sign a driver for 17 races and if he is still under the 110 limit you can extend the contract for another 17 races, thus making him under contract with you for 2 seasons (if you do not relegate in the meantime)

You need to have your driver at or below OA limit each time you sign (or renew) his contract. As you can sign for 17 races and then immediately renew, it is possible to have a driver in Amateur who last time was at 110 OA nearly two seasons ago.

There's a few stats that you can drop, one in particular. You can always make a happy man frustrated.
