You are very, very quick. That was close when you pit for the 3rd time... I mean you had it in the bag but when you pit I bet you weren't too sure :P
Another twist in the championship and congrats on taking moving to the final of the cup :)

Thank you very much, I was toying with the 2 stop route, but thought I just don't have the pace of Carrer or Pinnick when they run the heavier stints, feared I'd get caught up and blocked. You and Palak pitted for the second time and I wondered whether I would have enough laps to make up that 7 second lead you had. Talk about close.
Then Carrera goes and nicks the fastest lap on the last lap
*shaking my fists *

Great race to watch from afar this time around. Thought I’d run 0CTR and preserve some parts - that cost me a few million as a sponsor bailed (despite finishing in the points, and looking set to promote!).
Just three races left this season; the title is still a three way battle (I’m not going to be racing enough to stand a chance). How many will promote out of the group?
Mark, I don't think the title is for three managers, I'm pretty sure will be a reserved fight between Stuart and William

Looking interesting this race again. High temps, so pointing towards the harder compounds, but who will go with what strategy?
Hoping for more points, whilst not spending too much cash!! Looking good to start next season with my highest PRO balance ever. :)

Congratulations William. S73 AMA66 Champ. I gotta look to next seasons contract renegotiation, so I'm out of the running for the championship, but I'll take the cup home and treasure it. Good luck next season, William, I hope I'm not in your league, cause I just can't seem to pass you, which doesn't bide well for the future. Lol

Thanks man, Appreciate it. I didn't think I would have enough this season to win being honest. And in that regard and because we've been open all season I am still not counting you out yet. I have 4 parts hitting 100% wear in the last race, so if there is a little smoke from somewhere I could be in trouble. I have to finish 4th or better to be sure of things really but should manage it.
Lol, I held on well at the end, coming out mere seconds behind after the pit was unfortunate. Role reversal of the race before when you came out just in front of me lol. All the best next season mate and the rest of the guys, it's been a really competitive season all round. I'm sure we will all see each other soon.
Finally, congratulations on the cup success. You deserved it :)

Insane season guys!! 6 people who would have expected an easy promotion, having to fight until R15 before actually being able to relax; well, 4 of us can relax - @Mariusz Palak (A66), @Felipe Monteiro (A66), as William said above, you go out and secure promotion!!
@Claudio Carrera (A66); any other group, and I think you'd have been fighting for the title.
@Stuart Aspey (A66); congrats on the cup win, but a shame you can't race the final race to try for the title.
@William Pickering (A66); what else can I say? Bravo sir! 5 race wins, and finishing with a flourish.
Has anyone seen this table? /gb/Stats.asp?type=bigrace&stype=group#scroll I think that highlights how close the group has been.
Best of luck in PRO to all who do promote, and @Auke Haarsma (A66), hope to see you following us out of the group next season.

Thank you for the great write up both, yes, this season has been brilliant, no easy run to the championship title I was hoping for. Great challenge everyone and also to Pickering. I need 25th-18th to get my sponsor on the car, but also to demotivate. So, the championship goes to you. A great run, well deserved.
Carrera and Pinnick, multiple wins this season. Monteiro and Palak are also looking pretty strong for promotion.

Thanks guys for a great season. See You in Pro ;)

Congratulations William, you won in true champion style at the end of the season. Good luck for the future.

Cheers mate, you too. Surprised I won the last race. How did you get on dropping motivation?
Nowhere near enough. 39 is good. Another 18 in the reset to come, but I'm needing 40 per race next sesson
Good racing. Well season. Good bye everybody. Have a good time in this nice group. Thanks!

Best way I found to demotivate the driver is be qualifying last and racing last. I've lost drivers in the past messing around with good qualifying and racing last. Easier to just take the hit of being last in both. I'll be racing in the first race of Pro, maybe even the second race too then I'll be dropping motivation to re-sign myself. Got to get those points on the board early :)
Thanks for the fantastic season guys, it wouldn't have been what it was without a lot of you. @Felipe Monteiro (A66) I was hoping you would catch me at the end of the race, would have guaranteed promotion, I am sure you will still promote as an additional promotion.

Good day,
I did so hilarious mistake at the beginning of new season! Unfortunately in Q1 I forgot to pick rain tyres ... I lost my chance to have good start :(
Best luck for all of you Friends

Hi All. Lets get this group chat and season started.
Mateusz, we have all done it ONCE.., not so hilarious at the time though. Its a long season, an Im sure youll fight for top promo position at seasons end. Paulo looks like he has he first 4 races in the bag, but a new driver after that. Louis seems to the best positioned to take title.. As they say, time will tell. Interested to know who will be looking for promo this season. Would be good to hear from you all, and maybe learn something along the way...
My driver goes until next season Sean. I´m going for promotion this season, if you guys let me, of course.
Hey Paulo
I dont think we will have any say in you promoting or not :). Great position then for retention points early next season. I didnt see Louis losing his driver this early. That makes me none from 2..... Im just building for a few, so no comp from me. Mateusz and Bruna would be pushing I presume. Cup starts this week. Good luck all

Not really I lost my driver after Race 1, did some miscalculation which caused me to fail a contract extension 111 OA... Back to testing this season for me :)
I´m sure that Cristian, Bruna and Yann will fight for the winnings too. And during the season we have more candidates that can do that. Let's see what we will have in next races...
Well done Cristian. Another good race.
Well I had some trouble last race: tyre puncture. Hope it will not be a problem to get promotion. I have to admit that we have really strong group.
Bad luck Mateusz.... The group is strong, but it´s more interesting this way ehehehehe!
Congats Cristiam on the win, Paulo on 5 straight podiums. Unlucky Mateusz, thought you hit the beaver.. one minute you were there, next...gone. sure you will be back on track. Its close for 4th. Good luck all
