MoS was established is S42 we made a team out of very experienced managers that wanted to challage team table.
Together we developed formulas and tools to take most out of Gpro. We are a group of enthusiastic managers that want to progress. Our forum is full of knowlage and solutions for almost everything.
We are a top 50 team for a while now.
What we can offer You:

- We got managers with Master/Elite exp
- Tools that works. (Race/energy/driver/finances etc.)

Good afternoon, evening or may be good morning fellas :P
We are Men of Steel and we are recruiting
Yeah about first part, please don't let your imagination horses loose yet, we are just flesh and blood like you, steel is just in that red..,,, ok ok now you can imagine the rest of it :XD
About second part, yes no jokes here,, we are recruiting actually and we are eager to fill our ranks before the start of next season.
Now as all the prerequisites and benefits of joining our team has been nicely laid down by Karol in post #76 of this thread, so let me give you a bit of insight about MoS in slightly different way.
So how do you judge the worthiness of a team?? by the tool it possesses or by the achievements of its members or by its livery or environment or something else?? We all have our priorities, right?
Well, for me the most attractive thing is team livery and MoS has it covered very nicely :)
What next, team tools?? IMHO most of the active teams have their own well established tools and MoS is no short of them. We have tools to cover all the mathematical and planning aspects of the game so those who join us will find it real easy to progress in game. But for me what I have found most fascinating at MoS [after livery of course ;)] is the amazingly organized Team Forum with plethora of game knowledge. Founding members of our team has done a tremendous job in documenting detailed info on everything related to game like how to find the best driver for the specific division you are running in, how to train your driver, how to plan your season, how to manage money and sponsors, how to mange your car, how to plan testing, how to figure out best possible strategies, everything is covered here and if you are willing to gain and learn then you won't ever regret joining MoS. I think this much is enough for now, stay tuned for more :P

Ok so where were we.. yeah on about team forum.. IMHO a well organized and regularly updated team forum is the spine of any functional GPRO team and at MoS maintaining and updating the team forum is top priority.
So we have covered, Team Livery (amazing) and Team Forum (magnificent), what's next? Probably team members, right?

If you are old GPROer, you'll find so many familiar names, some have left and some are still with team. But if you are new then you don't need to look beyond the member currently in 8th spot to realize the greatness of the team here is the link /gb/ManagerProfile.asp?IDM=293997
So,, in short MoS has retained a strong core group of members over the course of time which gives us a lot's of experience above all other things. Other things may be in next post.

Race Day/Night Bump ;)
Another long season is going to end today paving the way for yet another long season, that's how the life is here at GPRO, show must go on :XD
So, during the course of the season have you ever wondered why you pitted earlier than expected, why you were stuck behind the train of cars, why your lap times were horribly slow, troubled figuring out the energy thing, driver OA giving you headaches,unable to balance your financial books? If you had any or all of these problems then you must have tried to solve them on your own, right? That joy of figuring things out on your own,,aha nothing comparable to that ;)
But sometimes it is always better to have a helping hand, a second opinion, an expert analysis of situation that can steer you through trouble in more efficient way compared to going solo. And best way to gain access to that help is joining a good team not just a team.
Here at Man of Steel, we care about the season plans of all the team members, and every one is willing to offer help whenever needed. We have tons of experience of running at all the levels of GPRO, we had members here who climbed up the ranks upto Elite after joining the team. So it is about time to give your GPRO career a new boost and join a group of friendly people who'll never be tiered of answering your questions, but you have to ask ;)

It's a really really small season break and very shortly we will enter into the unknown realm of season 71, may be not so unknown if you are aware of the virtue of planning ahead :)
So if you are a lone ranger trying to master the game mechanics at your own but find yourself stuck at ama-pro-ama or rookie-ama-rookie cycle,,..
...or if you are a team player but feel that your questions, queries, curiosities are not being addressed by those around you either by the lack of conviction or knowledge...
...then MoS can be the perfect destination for you because at MoS we care about the progress of our managers as that indirectly led to the progress of the team. We are and we will always be there for each of us :)

We currently have couple of slots in our team and we would love them filled before the season starts. But we are in no real rush. We will settle only for the best fit nothing else. Our priorities includes dedication to the game and loyalty, other things like game skill, experience, supporter status, English skills etc. though desirable but not essential for being a member of MoS.
