I sugest that in the raceday without race before first season race. could the drivers race against their team, this counts for nothing but every team could prepare their racers.

I have always thought that in the off season a "national championship race" would be great.
top 40 managers from your country (maybe based on team points scored) racing against each other.

Lets say that I like the general idea, but how would you determine what staff, tyres, driver, car, etc everyone have for that race ?

Add a set of tracks which are never on the calendar, "demonstration tires" (tires different than the ones that can be used during the season) and make it more of an automated process (no time required from admin for each race for things like watching to make sure end of race script runs correctly) ...... and I think such a system could open many opportunities for mini game type races to be run (between team mates, countrymen, rivals, people you hate, people you love, etc etc).

This is sort of a good idea. The issue being, the powers that be will not implement it. Ive been here since season 29 I hink it is and nothing has changed.
We get asked for ideas on how to keep new players and get new players to join but nothing ever changes(well we have a bell at the top of the screen now)
Loads of ideas have been aired, but the owners are happy to just plod on and change nothing. I know the saying "if its not broke, dont fix it" yet little things like the points system, just mixes the game up a little.
Things like the points would also make the forums more active as every one has an opinion one way or another.
I love this site and there are some great people here, but I just feel if you leave something so long with no changes people will get bored and go.
I know its a bit over the top but look at the COD franchise and I know you can not compare to that but people keep going back every year as it changes.
Just my thoughts :)

I always like this idea but mods say no that admins don't have time :P
I would suggest giving everyone equal car ,staff .etc
but giving total driver skills which can be divided by each player .
there could several big races hosted by elite players and each race at least to have like 40 people .

Well, team race does sound better than national championship but admins just wont set extra races. Forget about it

I think, to be able to put these ideas into context, one of the admins could outline what is actually performed at the end of each race/season and how much time this takes (including preparation). This would give us a good idea as to how practical a 'fun race' at the end of a season would be.

i was thinking that race not affect any gameplay what means no wear and no expenses. :)
