Buen dia, antes de culminar la temporada pasada yo pedi resetear mi cuenta e iniciar desde rockie cosa que no paso y sigo en amateur, por favor si alguien me puede ayudar, gracias

El reset se puede solicitar ANTES de la carrera 15 únicamente, si lo hiciste más tarde no tiene efecto, ese pudo haber sido el motivo. Te recomiendo le escribas a un admin para revisar el tema, Vlad o Jukka suelen estar activos todos los días.
