My only talent was seeing i was on a weak group with noone pushing for promotion.
|
|

I bet 10 talent would do with BRs + spa all season + L11 car + pit TD.

You can easily promote from amateur with 40 talent if your other stats are amazing
Pro you can promote with low talent but a lot of the other stats have to be close to 200-max
Master you cannot get away with low talent, you have to have a high talented driver

And what about rookie. What's the minimum stats realistically needed for a chance of promotion.
I have a guy who has played for 11 hours and he is winning every race..

MANAGER or His DRIVER?
Do you know any manager with the stats like talent, stamina, etc.? Only drivers have these stats. So don't ask stupid questions.

I dont know. I do lack a bit of concentration but i have talent. I race agressively and in 35 seasons i've aquired plenty of experience. Im not the most fit guy so i lack a bit of stamina. I guess i am carismatic and i have a bit of reputation and motivation is always on the max.
Age is 24 so i guess i have about 11/12 years until i retire from gpro.
I guess the only thing i lack is a gpro salary.

I lack concentration. What were we talking about?
My parents told me i have talent.
This game has increased my aggression but i think i'm still quite chill.
I should have experience, but it seems a bit low for my age.
My technical insight is absolutely massive (as is my tool, and yes, those are related).
I have decent stamina i think, although the Mrs seems to think differently.
Charismatic i am not.
My reputation precedes me, although that says nada about the value.
My weight is within acceptable bounds, although the Mrs disagrees here too.
My salary is ridiculously low.

My driver has 48 talent, and I am being able to fight for title. I had a couple problems, and when it rains is a nightmare. But it is still doing well.

Talent can be a driver bottleneck for Speed? I've seen a Lot of managers going 5 Second fast with the same level car and I've seen a manager with a level 2 car doing the same time as a level 4/5 car in Rookie. They are using Premium gas?

This is Newbie question. Anyways... Fernando Neto (R100) You can always hire a new driver.
I would say in case of promotion from Rookie to Amateur its not a bad solution.
