I did NOT send any offensive emails
I sent one email on Friday asking for my game profile to be deleted
I sent one PM yday seen as my email had not been replied to
Neither of which were acknowledged.

Okay, maybe singular not plural. But you do make a lot of fuzz on it for a near 100 year old assumed Ms/Mrs. Conolly who by email address clearly is a 37 year old Mr. Where's Keeney?

The delay may be because they have to compile your data and submit it to the Socialist Republic of the European Union. Give them time before they delete your access to your account. They first must ensure all data has been handed over to the proper 'authorities'.
