Hello. I want to train 5 times Technical Insight and my driver has 88 motivation.

I'd like to ask you how much motivation points (aprox.) a driver can lose after training Technical Insight.

If driver loses 10 motivation I don't care, but If he loses 40 I don't want to experience that surprise ;)

I was thinking too in reducing driver's weight. In that case I know motivation loss is not important. The problem is that I don't know if the motivation loss is similar in both trainings ;)

The beauty of this is that you will have a relatively good insight of MOT drop after your first training. You can then decide for yourself if it's worth the effort :)
