True. The qualy pace difference between M1-M3 and the rest of the groups was huge.

Pleased to be here again and racing with some great guys like Mark and Eddie that I have been team mates with in the past is an honour.
Just to be coming into contact with the top calibre guys up here is a privilege.
Spent lots of money on Conti "retention" tyres, I doubt they Will be any good this race with it being a wet start but hoping to have the right conditions later on in the season.
I didn't think my package would be up to the standard of lots of other guys who chose Dunlops so tried to choose something different, I was the second one to opt for them, now there are 9 conti drivers :(

Good luck everyone, I hope to learn something this season, not sure how I might find the power to retaain, but I will push here and there just to build some experience.

The real randoms are still there. Actually only the "randoms" (which weren't really randoms) caused by too high risks for the driver to handle are removed.

Sorry I edited because I misunderstood... Yes to both. As far as I know.
E2: Surprised to see one badyear starting with dry compound.. I know one thing doesn't make the other.. but I would have wished for long rain before it dries out. :)

Saw that, a bit surprised but it is a lottery I suppose, let's see what happens, if it does go dry quickly it might work out. If not, it could be a problem.

Shocking addition and in race one all a guessing game. I didn't go anywhere near flat out, was fastest in the first few laps and at the end was running 35-38th fastest.
Really upset to even bother watching the race. I wasn't the only one but clearly something with my driver caused things to backfire.
Absolutely pointless having 100 CT on the dial....... Nobody will ever use it now, other than to win fastest lap !
I thought reducing temperatures were causing me to run slower in comparison, but at least I can spot where it all started.
Too early to say but in my opinion this isn't a great addition.... I can understand in race three or four not having enough energy, but not in race one when everybody pretty much started at 100 energy. Why on earth does energy drop in qualifying, but not in testing or practise ? Really odd and very strange.
Will weigh this all up over the coming season but really can see an exodus from this great game, sorry to say.

I was 8th quickest at the end on 0CT - can this be a one race experiment like the new qualifying at Australia this season?
This adds nothing to the game.

the pace just after half distance began sharply to leave, I did not think it would come so early, very unclear situation with the game there, and now it turns out you do not have to use the opportunities of the game in its full extent .... I disappointed ....
