16/21 on the starting grid.
Could have been better but not that bad for a first race.
I hope that my female driver will be better than Giovanna Amati on Brabham in 1992 !

tactics and change of driver screwed things up for me. poor start but i will be back as soon as i figure out tyre durations and wing balance.

Your driver may help you durind the practices. It depends if it's a good driver for technical insight.
I think that I had a good strategy but I couldn't see it works, My car retired after the 28lap and my pitstop.
Hope it'll be better for the next race.

i got p5 again at the moment for qualifying hopefully it will stay the same. need to come up with a decent two stop strategy to make sure i finish in a points scoring position. cant believe how slow my car is compared to joix.

6th again, though that was extremely close - was within a couple seconds of finishing 3rd!

Great race, there were some drivers close to Joix.
My race strategy was quite good but my last pitstop wasn't a great choice. It could have been better but two points after two races is good enough for me.
My new driver did a great job !

Hey everyone.. bad race again for me.. :(
Guess that will teach me not to use the same brakes for two races in a row... Such a shame because I spent 20 laps overtaking everyone until my brake failure!
I'll be back for the next race though! :)

I think that China is gonna be a though race for everybody. My qualification wasn't great at all, hope the race will be better.

It was a though race for a lot of team. I was quite happy with my place on the grid 13th (on 27) but my race strategy wasn't the better. I finished 16th.
It was a terrible fight for the point of the 8th place !

I don't understand this game. 10 or 11 place in qualification, after 5 laps I was 24, At the end I was 8. Good car and pilot, bad strategy or something else?

Maybe bad strategy.
Here is my exemple : I was 13th on the grid but my one pit strategy was quite bad and the medium tyres couldn't get hot with the bad weather.
I finished 16th.
You finally have scored the last point, better than nothing.

I was watching the race and you pitted at lap 5 because you probably had the wrong tyres on. Just bad luck/strategy.

Yeah it rained for the first lap only, so if you started on the rain/wet tyres, you might have pitted a few laps in.

Your strategy was good, you were just really unlucky because we were on identical startegies and I did well.
I started 26th, did a one stop on medium tyres like yourself, but my pit stop went well (and I think yours didnt go so well) and I would have finished finished 7th if it wasnt for techincal problem. I finished 9th.. Abosutely gutted!

Unfortunately it won't be for me!
I accidently updated the car without changing a lot of the parts! So I think I'll be the first car to retire with a technical problem! :(

Thanks and congrats Luke, I think it's my driver doesnt seem to have the raw pace to keep up with the top 5/6 which is a bit frustrating..
I cannot actually believe I finished the race.. My chassis and underbody finished on 99% wear, so how I finished, let alone in the points I'll never know!
I was actually on course for 7th, but Jewell passed me on the final lap after I'd managed to keep him behind me for about 10 laps, but I'm just happy to have finished!

I'm very unlucky manager. "Good" race. Stupid strategy. And my new driver is a looser. No money, no new details for my car, no points in the next races.

Yeah well I might have been trying to be a little too clever in terms of strategy!
I started on wets and very low fuel because i expected it to stop raining maybe lap 2, then refuel onto a normal strategy...
Of course when i came back out, it was still raining so i had to do about 4 laps on wets and then have another stop onto dries and then refuel about 10 laps too early!
Oh, and I made the wrong choice of dry tyre!
Just a race to forget really..

The same for me !!!
I had dry tyres and a lot of fuel so I wasn't fast at the beginning. It was a nice little strategy, could have been better but I finally scored 1 point.
Don't be sad George, strategy is a big part of the final result, you'll be better with time.
