why not implement in gpro while running a GPS system like this? http://visionf1.com/ In f1 it's nice to see where is an opponent or follow the race
I think will make the race more exciting and less boring

I think stuff like this will be good further down the line, but there's still basics to get right for now.

That system isn't very good either.
It just averages the laptime, so spins, mistakes etc. are not shown, the dot just goes slower and suddenly gets overtaken by another, in the middle of a corner where you wouldn't expect anyone to overtake or another ridiculous place.
Following moving dots on the screen would therefore be not more exciting than current race engine, maybe even less exciting.

No no, Michele..don't understand us wrong..your suggestion was probably one of the best from previous ones..yet, it was indeed offered earlier..while the idea itself is very interesting, though, bweing highly imporbable to be implemented..at least in the nearest future..

But GPRO is NOT F1 what it has in common with the essence of the proposal, Matt?

thank's for the support Aleksej... probably i explain that wrong, i like to see the cars on the tarmac. Would like to implement the gps on the right pannel... i know it's hard to do but in the next future maibe will be possible.

If you're watching the race when its running, you will notice that you can already do all this.
