Think of the drivers as real people, they do have a right to retire when they want, they may have families to be with or other things to do. With some people paying huge salaries they have made plenty of money to last a life time.
As I agree with Andrei that it would mess everything up, consider people going into negative.

So basically, you could get a 40+ y/o not to retire?! What if people keep wanting a driver so he doesn't retire until he's 60 or something? It's a bit out there but this is a consequence of your suggestion

I really want to see a survey about 3 racec per week... I know it's difficult for admins, but if a majority want to apply this, I think it should by considered by admins ;)

How would markets happen?
What about people who can't come on that often?
Think about how this make things difficult for some timezones?

But now, if you have a driver (you don;t have to look for another), you can log in, only 2 times per week, drive qualifications and it's over. As i said, it's only a suggestion, but i think that all players should tell what they think in a survey ;)

A survey is the lazy way of forcing people to say just yes or no. IMO it´s better you elaborate your proposal, with pros and cons, and let others explain their points of view about it, not just yes or no ;)

I understan your point of view, and I agree with you 100%, but before we want to start looking for and analyse pros and cons, there could be just a short survey if this change is desired.

Tactics for the next race? Testing? Driver Management? Season planning? Sponsor analysis? Opponents analysis? Best managers analysis? Data mining?
Believe me, there's much more to do in higher levels than just "drive qualifications".

And your looking at drivers over the limit for amateur.
I know they may drop into Amateur bracket after reset but at moment they are over 110 OA so you cant bid on them anyway.
Why should the rules be changed just to suit you.
You will just have to wait like anybody else.

Could we have The Ft On Driver Profile coloured green or yellow if the track is On calendar this season
As You can't Remember the whole calendar
Its a Small Suggestion

I think he means if the FT track is in the upcoming season rather than specifically the next race.
Maybe yellow could be 'FT coming up this season' , then green is 'FT is next race' then once FT passes there is no alert.
A bit O.T.T in my opinion but could work

Can we have the track details multicolored so that I know when we have an easy overtaking track? I was thinking Pink for V.Easy, Red for V.Hard, with various shades of nonsense in between.

Just a green/red dot in front of the name in the team page.
Now I have to go to online friends all the time :/

How about a search option on the past data page, so when you search for a track it would display a list of all the times you race there.

And to be applied only to team-mates. Not to be applied to (let's say) everyone on friendslist now or ever in the future.
Only the team-mates should have the highlighted online status of any given person, it should not be "advertised" to others.

How about the Indianapolis oval the week of the Indy 500? Like the F1 races are run close to the GPRO races. ;)

I would like to be able to 'mark' a post in a certain topic or team forum.
This way I can get back to a interesting post, after I just briefly read it from my phone for example.
Then in the evening when you are behind your computer you dont have to search to find the post again...
Thoughts?

In the practice tab, when you choose a previous race it comes with temp, weather and humidity ;)
