I don't think so. It more just shows where you are in relation to the other people who tested.

Yes it does but is it really needed no.
I always test with 1 as my values because it doesn't make enough of a difference to warrant me having to look up the correct setup values.

It's relevant. Compare all data before and after the race ;)

Hi Bozidar!
Usually you get a good amount of staff motivation if you finish in a good testing position. And that's all.
You can easily reach 100 with frequent test sessions. That's why you see a lot of people not particularly worried with their testing position.

I don't understand the thumbs down. There are quite a few managers who run Test car limits precisely to get better testing times, and generally that's not a good idea.
