Yes. Yes we can.
And for those confused about "it coming home" - it doesn't mean we've won the Euros before, it means we invented football as it's known today - per Wikipedia:

And it was written for Euro 96, which England hosted, so was much more about the tournament 'coming home' than about England winning, though obviously over time that has evolved.
Also important that the song has always been a bit sarcastic, lamenting the fact that England actually NEVER win, and sung in a tongue-in-cheek or hopeful way when England show any sort of promise whatsoever.
Unfortunately there are quite a lot of people out there who think shouting it non-ironically is clever and somehow vindicates their existence, and they give the rest of us a bad name.
