Quote ( Mario Girini @ November 2nd 2023,12:25:47 ) Hello, today I trained my pilot in PHYSICAL and to my surprise his endurance (STAMINA) value dropped from 85 to 84. Could this be a bug?
With that being one of the more popular training sessions, and nothing fundamental having changed in the game this season, I think it's more likely there was a speck of dust on the screen that made you see 85 instead of 82.
In fact, looking at your driver and what you did since you hired him, it is impossible for you to have been on 85 today. So you must have made a mistake somewhere in your records. You are exactly where you should be.

Before the reset, 28 ottober, stamina was 89 - i have screenshot After reset It was 85.... tomorrow After training fisic It was 84....i am sure

So basically your driver stamina went from 89 to 82 after the reset, than you did a fitness training. After that your driver has 84 stamina, here we go :)

Seem to have lost a few days messages......
I guess cos I am a loyal supporter I get to keep all my Inbox messages but I am missing between the 4th - 9th October....
Only noticed when I was going back to check for entries to TLN.....
I am sure someone would have sent a popular chap like me a message in those 5 days... or did I become Billy-no-mates!!!!!

In the mobile app I see race Analysis from S96R2 in the Past Race menu, even after the post-race update of S96R3. Meaning, I cannot access Race Analysis from R3. This can be related to a DNF in R3 due to a tyre puncture, but anyways I can access the R3 race analysis from the desktop version only.

I think I found a small bug in the Gaps table during a live race on the web version of the game. around lap 38 of the season 96 race 4 at Buenos Aires the leader pitted and his gap value remained 0.00 for several laps despite moving down into the midfield. Everyone in front of him continued to update with a negative gap. Around lap 42 I just refreshed the page and it corrected itself but it seemed to require a refresh to resolve it.

If you click a car, it'll take the time from that driver, and will do the gaps from that drivers perspective, so itll do gap to the leader for that driver, gap to 2nd 3rd etc. and gaps to anyone behind him, i assume this is what was done

Ah, yeah that's probably what it was. I totally forgot I had clicked on a few cars. Thanks!

Today I did my testing on the iOS app. I entered my data for the first stint, and accidentally double-tapped the 'drive stint' button. And guess what... it made me do 2 stints.
The double-tap was not intentional, it was accidental, and therefore it was really quick. Normally when you drive a stint, it then reloads the page and takes you to the top of the page. But my double-tap was faster than that.
Anyway, it should not be possible to do 2 stints by double-tapping, in my opinion. It ruined my test session a bit, as I wanted to do a different number of laps for stint 2.

I will make a double-tap protection for testing for the next app update (it already exists on the practice page).

I've just got different parts wear in testing with the same stint lengths, same car, same driver. Rounding errors?

and the same stint priority? 🤔

Quote ( Kristaps Zariņš @ November 21st 2023,09:44:22 ) and the same stint priority? Same priority, roughly the same fuel +- 5 l. That 5 l fuel is the only variable but I find it hard to believe that it affects parts wear.
|
|
|
Priority has nothing to do with component wear (only the number of laps counts).

Sure, I just wanted to underline that nothing, including things widely accepted as factors in the matter, changed between stints.

I should probably know this, but is there a reason why the Race Analysis pages for Season 5, Races 11-17 are missing for me? :)

...and yes - I did participate in all 17 races that season ;)

I want to report a possible bug. On the app, unlike the PC, there is information from the driver on the set-up, just like in free practice. In my case the engine was ok in free practice and is no longer ok in Q1. He asks me for a lower value, when strangely before he liked much higher values.

The driver gives no feedback after the practice laps. If you have wrong setup for the Qualifying 1, you will never know
Misse dthe part about the app and the PC. If this is right, perhaps you up - downgraded or replaced some car parts after practice and before Q1
