For the 3rd or 4th time I had a Random in my driver FT. Next time I'll contract a driver without

Lap 67
Race commentary: Isn't it too early for Harry Korakas to enter the pits?
Race analysis: One of the sidepods was damaged and had to be repaired

WTF is going on!!!!
2 "Randoms" in 7 races!!!!

Let's sum up the damaged brought upon me:
1) 12 points lost and Huge damaged on my promotion chances.
2) 10m - 12m kick in finances.
3) Huge damaged in sponsors
4) Deprived of chance to continue in Cup.

Yea nice, GIVE ME MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here your gift for spending so many hours in the game:
Tyre puncture Lap 40!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tyre punctures can happen to anyone at any time of the race in any weather/track condition: sometimes you're able to make it to the pits to change the flat tyre, sometimes unluckily you're not and then you're out of the race.

Real F1 shows it, so don't worry, it's not a conspiracy against you.
Tonight it's rage time, but surely tomorrow you will feel better about it; talking from personal experience. :-)

By the time I read your answer I had cooled off.
BUTTTTTTTTT
HERE WE GO AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For the first part of your answer, yes "Tyre punctures can happen to anyone", but 9 out of 10 pit and finish the race.
As for the second part, well ARE YOU SURE IT'S NOT??
IT SEEMS I'M NOT GOING TO BE ALLOWED TO PROMOTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And now I understand why so many users have left this game!!
Just wondering what the average Randoms for Supporters and Non Supporters are???
I'll bet Non Supporters have at least 3 times MORE RANDOMS!!!!!!!!!!!

PS I couldn't be online last night, and thank God! If I was I'd probably get a 18 month forum ban.

At least you F!O!U!N!D! the exclamation mark
I still feel with you my friend (file mou), I also think the random should be handled differently it can easily throw someone back in their plans a large bit.

Be strong !

I've heard the amount of exclamation marks used on the forums has a direct relationship to the amount of randoms you get. Supporter or not.

You made me curious, so I had a look at the DB. But unfortunately I have these data only for the current season.

You had this season 2 randoms. Also 373 managers more had at the moment 2 or more randoms. 66 of them are supporters. That are 17.65 %

Last race we had 8057 participants, 1803 of them were supporter. That are 22.35 %

Non supporters had 2881 randoms in 677483 races. So one random per 235.16 races.
Supporters had 752 randoms in 200343 races. Therefore one random per 266.41 races

If you look at the numbers you can say: yes, here we have now the proof as it is not equal. If you really want to draw that conclusion? I leave it up to you.

Did you rank the new rookies (they have a few free 'supporter' races right?) in the supporter-group or not? :D

I'll take that bet. I have had 2 start crashes and tyre puncture in this season... I have lost a lot of money cause of it... and my sponsors are unhappy... one more bad result in the race and there is no point for me to continue in master... all that and I'm a supporter...
I know it hurts I feel it to... But there is nothing to do about it... and not sure complaining or getting angry about it would help much...

E: Start crash is probably connected to risk so not a real random probably... but using same risk there have been long time without start crashes...

They are included as I am a bit in a hurry right now :) If I get the time tomorrow I can split the supporter group in "free trail" and "generous donator" :)

Come on guys. Complaining about randoms is pointless, because every manager before every race (17 times a season) should take account of the random.

Oh btw, while being stuck in the traffic jam I realised that I posted some nonsense numbers. Sorry. I counted all races of the active managers (not only the races of the current season) and compared them with the randoms of the current season. Will sort that out later. Also I try to get the information whether a manager was supporter in that specific race and not just right now as I did.

Do incorporate an exclamation mark count in your analysis please. I'm pretty convinced it has a big impact :)

Edit: removed some punctuation, for obvs reasons

That last sentence is really funny if it were actually your brakes that failed.
