I saw a similar one at Barcelona. Commentary said I'd be blitzing people on the straights or just plain getting the overtake, yet I'd still be listed in the same exact place most laps. Is it a bug? Maybe. Am I bothered by it? Nope. Scored 2 points that race after 2 guys ahead of me spun off.

I have quite often "blitzed" driver a, then driver b who is behind me also overtakes me and in the end I am behind a and b. Seen it happen to others as well, rather often actually.

--Driver B overtakes by default Driver A too
Then Driver B overtakes You
-- And Driver A goes with Driver B on overtaking

Is there everithing right for suporters with the race commantary? Mine looks like malfunctioning. Like it's frozen, or something.

Mine looks OK. Try reload page or change browser, perhaps?

Chrome, and firefox tested. Computer rebooted, tested again. No change...
The phenomenon looks like that 1,5 line showing up normally, but freeze, and the circulation is stopped, cannot move it...

Btw it is working under Win IE. Should be a problem in my side, I guess.

When Player A overtakes Player B, the commentary reads: "Player A fights hard, but Player B has higher exit speed and takes the place". Should be vice versa.
