From 17:30 until about 18:20, GPRO was very slow.

Or just random like before, some people had no trouble yet it was total shit for me.

I did all my practice laps (slightly before) and both qualify laps during that time, not with any problem at all
Today at 17:38:58 Qualify 2 lap costs $-4.524.128 $-100.000 $-4.624.128

Today at 17:16:54 Practice lap costs x 8 $-4.024.128 $-400.000 $-4.424.128

Some poeple want to make some changes but wasn't able to do it, for example like me.
Imo additional 10 min should satisy all.

Yes, they did. Took just 20 minutes to load one page! ;)
I logged on 15:54:49 and since that site worked very well until about 18:15, after that it worked very slowly for next 45 minutes.. It was impossible to load pages during that..

Started to lag for me about 2 or 3 minutes before Qual closed. If your going to leave it that late then who's to say you won't have an internet problem and don't get to qual anyway.
This happens everytime there is a problem just before qual closes.

actually till like 5 minutes ago it was really slow. for 1 hour i couldnt open any page. now i will play with setup i used last race (RAIN tyres) and all my season is ruined

The server unavailability (for some people) was caused by network issues which are outside of our control. And since the downtime affected just the last 10-15 minutes of the qualification period, we will not postpone the race. It is unfortunate, but everyone who qualifies in the last minutes knows the risks.

Count downs still fine here, I wonder if it was a problem for certain internet providers maybe and not GPRO cause its worked fine for a lot too. Fingers crossed the race goes ahead for meeveryone in my group who usually races is quallied so i want to see the result

It is entirely possible that the server was trying to be accessed by to many people from around the world at the same time...its called server load...and the limit was exceeded hence the slow connection.

They aren't lying, this is a regular occurrence. However I have little sympathy for those that wait until the last second to qualify and then can't because the traffic on the site makes it impossible. It would be nice to see the site upgraded so this doesn't happen, however until that happens maybe you should q up a little earlier.

Why should be a problem to postpone a race? Are there managers "more equals than others"?
Obviously if there was a REAL problem with the server. Is this the case? If yes, postpone (if possible), if not, don't postpone...is it so difficult to accept?
