andré...don't calculate fuel per lap...but instead, calculate it per Km...

with time...you'll learn the consumption type of certain tracks, and associate that with engine levels...and than the calculation will be "easyer" to do...

use the information you got from testing. this will give you a idea of what you should need, but not exact

if you store the information you gather, in a short while you'll be able to figure out adequately enough the amount of fuel you need to complete different races. it's never 100% exact but, as far as i've seen, even rough calculations never let you down!

I'd like to second this. A lot of members apparently think a lap is a fixed lenght...just to make sure...it's not! So use km/liter instead of liters/lap when you calculate.

I made that very misake after my 1st race, calculating it per lap rather then per km.
Fortunately i realised my mistake in time for my 3rd race.

No need to note this once again. Only idiots do not noticed that consumption is per km, not per lap.

Justas, don't you agree? It's too big difference if you coount it on laps, not kms. How come someone wouldn't notice that??

I wouldn't go so far as to call a newbie an idiot because he overlooked something once. If he kept overlooking things again and again, and asking stupid questions all the time, then yeah... But now it seems a little cruel.

I only answered to Antonio. I didn't called Andre with any word. My post wasn't toward any particular people. I only meant that one is an bla-bla if he didn't noticed difference.

Sorry if we're not all as clever as you Rinat :p
I guess you must be top of your league as you obviously have never made any mistakes on here. How comes you're not in Elite?

however if you write a post of 1000 words and in that you call Rinats suggestions for stupid or idiotic you would see that he misses all the other 999 words himself and can only focus on that 1 word.

Hakan, i see you taken offence seriosly. It is funny. Because some people learn ones not to get words close to their hearts from people on forums. They also tells "you don't have sense of humor", "take it easy" etc.
You must be collecting my posts and maybe you making some dossiers on me? :)
Now you somehow treating me like an enemy. It's your choice.

Guys. I didn't call anyone idiot personally. And i didn't go on persons. If someone takes what i say on their person, it's only shows how he thinks about himself. It's psychology. You should love yourself instead thinking you are an idiots.
And there are lot of shades between idiot and genius. If i refuse to be an idiot, it doesn't mean i am a genius. I am not genius, i can assure you. :)

rinat dont worry its the internet :P if anyone take anything someone says with a grain of salt then that is their choice ... unless your CALL someone out then they should not be worried about it IMO ... and a note on the fuel i only just had my first race and i do calculations for everything ... now my problem is i failed math in high school HA ... but my friend whom just joined as well we are working together to get this game and it seems better to make a few freinds to go over fuel/strats/set ups :)

Rinat better take a look at that thread again to see WHO it is taking offence seriously :) i am all laughing

i just pointed out the difference when you use the word and when someone uses it towards your own suggestion.......the reaction is a little bit different from you.....and if you do get that reaction yourself perhaps you could understand when ppl get a similar reaction as yourself...it should be so damn easy to do........but then again...........you are Rinat :)
