Yes. Once every 62 seasons.
I am thinking of quitting as I am not happy with the percentage of 62(seasons) x 17(races)= 1054 races total that have normal weather.
I prefer to stick my head into tonight's race that cost me the "heavy duty" achievement.

If what you say is correct (never seen this before) then it's 1 / 1050 races.

That's not correct for a few reasons:
1) There haven't been 1054 races with this weather forecast.
2) Worst (or best, depending on how you read it) case scenario: 4% chance it stops raining after 30 minutes, 8% change it stays dry in second half hour. Meaning a total of 0,32% chance of this weather happening. And if you include the 3rd half hour then it's even 0,05% chance

Well if a weatherman cannot predict the weather 30 minutes in advance, he should be unemployed. The way driver energy affects a driver is unrealistic and now the reliability of weather forecasts. I am very quickly losing my interest in the game.

Except it isn't. There is no probability for the rain stopping. That only the probability of it starting. People just presume with it being that high that it should rain all quarter

I have to admit... I was very very lucky today ending in P2 with 7litres of fuel left in the tank
I pushed maximum today to retain Pro for first time.... spend 60Mill for this race alone.
I set wait to pit on 7 laps... (as I expected rain to stop late in race..)
But I also made sure to put some fuel in 3rd and 4th stop..
this time 68litres... was enough for me (pure luck, but thought about it as a manager)
in Racing all is possible ...

Bottom line: it can happen.
I would gladly accept more reality and unpredictable weather and less "not feeling well in his helmet" and other weird pistops and tech. problems.

I always thought it was the chance of starting or stopping (instead of the actual chance of rain), but now you say it's only the chance of starting?

That race was weird as sh#t but I suppose that every now and again a 100/1 shot wins?
Lots of folks gonna stop supporting because of this but wren't the guys you were racing in the same boat? Yeah a boat, I know, but it wasn't intentional.

Didn’t affect me unduly, but it could have.... and did affect others.
Completely pointless waste of time...... planning becomes pointless when the GPRO weather system happens like this. Time for a revamp ?

100% rain probability means that rain won't stop during the period
That implies that less than 100% means there is a chance it will stop. But now you say that if it says 99% it doesn't mean that the chances of it stopping is 1% but it could be for example 70%?
Where is the logic?

How to kill your own game, give wrong information to players. This race meant nothing for me since I was in saving mode. However I'm sure a lot of people was affected by this ridiculous forecast. I would understand if it was at 50% or 60% chance of rain, but over 85% and it stopped while the forecast was over 90% and it didn't start again.

It will be difficult to consider all scenarios for future races.. even next race could rain more than half race ...
I'll bring my umbrella with me just in case

It's just one race, i don't see any problems. I was running in 1st but ended up 3rd could have been lower if it wasn't for a bit of luck, i mean how often has this happened no need to cry :)

In Hungary the meteorogus says: probability of rain: X%; not X% -Y%.
GPRO: 1%-99%. Drop a dice! Nonsense.
