Errr... i relegated thanks to negative numbers mainly, and in this new season i found two things so ... strange:

Your maximum level of training is currently -2

Alloy & Chemical -20

It's work on this way?, or is a bug?, i am not sure about it

The maximum level of training depends on how many facilities you have. And at every level of upgrade you get 20 points in that facility.

Maybe your staff or the manager himself is using the chemical labor in a illegal way and they create some things.

Possible you produce some drugs and you want to sell them to other drivers. Maybe you can get some extra earnings with the business.

So don´t worry to much but your max. trainings level is nearly a result of testing the products. So I guess your guys are just lazy atm.

Well if both the facility AND the staff are negative, it seems that the staff is not just producing the stuff but using it too :P

Maybe there were too many facility levels sold to get you back into positives? (i.e. levels which you didn't have?)

I guess that would represent the extra income from the "stuff" they produce at the facility...
