Jules I bet u were a Rookie at some point in the game. And yes there are some highly motivated managers in Rookie groups. We are so motivated b/c we want to get to the top at one point or another in the game.

It is all written in the rules abt it, look very cloosely abt driver and TD i would say in Rookie and in Ama do not expect to see any difference in the driver but you can check the staff....

My opinion is that in Rookie you MUST make tests before first race. I mean my strategy is: make tests and then get all things to lvl2. So the wear in tests doesn't affect me at all.

But a million of bucks spent on testing affects you quite a lot, especially in the end of the season.

a mil isn't.. but when you chance all your car parts to lvl2 it will cost you about 16mil.. and that is a diference...

I can promise you will be in Rookie for a long time with thinking like that ;-) One million will not make a difference, sure, but all those little millions come very handy when you need to change your worn engine AND gearbox at once :-)
