first of all if you did not Know it... you already are in rookies you cant relegate from it. and you cannot create a team being in rookies

But in case somebody creates a team in Amateur and relegates to Rookie, he does keep the team.

Mikko - there are things to FOBY and there are thing not to FOBY. A couple of guidelines:
Info about things that don't involve performance in the race - not FOBY. Hints about things that do involve performance in the race - not FOBY. Precise info about above mentioned things - FOBY.
FOBYing every Rookie question will NOT earn you a reputation of a good and supportive player, keep that in mind, otherwise you may get FOBYed yourself when you need it least.
