It's quite early on to confirm some dates, definitely the 9th of June is a no from me, the later ones may be possible in June but not necessarily, July-September is okay from me at this point.

June 24 is a national holiday for me on a Monday so I can make that work without a holiday for the Spanish Grand Prix.
I am expecting a 3 week collective holiday in summer and I am like 20% of the vote on when it happens at work. So not too concerned about the dates, but I got to know the dates by late January to push for it for the other dates.
My preference would be Polska btw. Mainly because of money. Bucharest is a close second.

9th of June isn't good. Scools are still open here. Any other date would be ok but the sooner it is decided the better (and cheaper) it will be

Both are a bit hard to reach with public transport, though, so taxis may be needed.
I'm local and can be a guide so taxis not needed really. With taxi trip to the track is ~30min and with publicT it is ~90min so if u have money u can always use taxi to save some time. Day ticket to public transportations is all u need and some local to help if u are not too keen to FOBY
There is a bus stop nearby the track and those goes every ~15-30minutes. Its just a 1,5km walk to it, but Finland is super safe place to walk around. There is also a track in Helsinki (Käpylä) but its inside track and only ~550m long.
Sauna is also one thing everyone maybe want to experience while in Finland and those are found everywhere

vmkarting is located next to a bus stop (same bus stop as KIC-Vantaa just less walking) but again it is a inside track. They do have latest state of art electric karts to give something new to most of us.

Did I forget to tell that in Helsinki u can also have picnics with alcohol almost everywhere but which is usually banned in other cities in Finland. In Helsinki we have also BBQ-places for public to use so no need to pay for expensive restaurants.
U can cheap some in Helsinki. Its very expensive country and city but there is possibilities to go around. Beer cost 1-4€ if u buy it from a shop and not from the bar. Same goes with drinks and wine. Wine bottles around 10€ pretty good and at the bar it would be 30€+
BBQ-places free and communicial just buy food from a shop and go to grill. Some places may need your own charcoal/wood and some have it for free by city. Someplaces u can also gather your own woods from the nearby forest to make a fire :)

That's the only one you can do, or the only one you can't do? @Liviu Sandu (A38)

I'm sort of local too. But I just thought that the saving 1+1 hours from public transport and a bit of hassle of time tables is enough for me to opt for taxis, at least if I'm arranging alone.
On possible days, Canada and Belgium are no go for me, others are ok.
