Oh I wouldn't dare to pick one, one hundred maybe :)
so true :)
i would go for some nostalgics from my younger days: grand prix 2, civilization 2, theme hopital, pizza connection, fallout 1 & 2, warcarft 2, hmm.. i think i could go on for a while.
and to name a more recent one: uncharted 2. this is just like going to the cinema :)

Portal 1 & 2 Portal 2 doesn't, its gameplay is so horridly ruined compared to Portal 1 in order to prevent speedrunning that it makes playing it suck. Just try Portal 1 after you've played 2 to see what I mean.

Well I did and I still loved it. Since I suck at shooters and platformers I never judge them by speedrunning value, I just really enjoyed snappy writing and cracking puzzles.

Yep Deffo, champ manager end of season '94 pushed to a very close second and the 2002/2003 version in a tight 3rd for me
You mean 2001/02, which was the last version of CM3? In terms of time played, that one is easily on top of my list.
Grim Fandango is also worth mentioning, even though it doesn't have as much replay value.

haven't looked at the other pages but i noticed there are no new games except portal2, Which is kinda disproportional with the number of releases, have i goten too old for the games of d the new games really suck so much.
These new games are really fun for a few hours (if you manage to pay em for more then 10 mins) i can't even remember how many games did i install turn on and close coz of the horrible unplayability!
Best games that i have installed and play atm (from time to time): Diablo 2 - MedianXL Freelancer - Discovery Heroes 2 & 3 (6 is so horribly bugged i am not gonna even try to play it until the patch it a few times!) Company Of Heroes TOV Trackmania Red alert 2 + f1 2011 (didn't really play it that much just got it and had a few races)

Since I suck at shooters and platformers I never judge them by speedrunning value That's not what I meant, I mean things like simply placing portals where you want them to be isn't as accurate in the sequel.

So it's not so easy to portal your way outside the rooms and into the void like I've seen people do? :)
