i will not spend salaries like 2 m$
let´s see what´s happening on wednesday. perhaps i will go for a cheap driver with a short term contract (4-5 races) in order to get some time to find a better one.
still looks like pole Kevin - 1.5sec ahead of 2nd place. great job i guess

See jonathan? a 3 season plan would be great in this group. Probably in some other amateur group a 5 season plan is the best way, but in a special group like this.. shortcut is a lovely way :p

4 seasons at the very least. A lot can be gained long term by patience from amateur

@Kev: Yeah, maybe i will be "big" someday in S60 :-)
But you´re both right. Patience is not the worst prerequisite to be succesfull. I don´t have any pressure. Let´s see in which season everything fits to go for promotion. But for sure it´s not S40 ;-)

As drivers age they will start losing some of their abilities after every race at the age of 35. The older they get the faster they will lose skills :)

For sure i will not extend his contract (he only get's five races).
I'm still searching for a good driver with an acceptable salary. The actual one is just chosen because of the low salary ;-)
BTW: The decrease of driver skills starts when he is older than 35 - so the first time with 36, isn't it?

do you speak german? in the german rules there is another description:
"Fahrer die älter als 35 Jahre sind, verlieren mit jedem Rennen etwas an ihren Fähigkeiten."
translated: drivers, who are older than 35 losing some of ther abilities with every race...

As i told you promoting will be quite sure for you this season ;-)
Regarding driver: i recalculated the season. It might be cheaper to hire an expensive driver and make a few points to be save for amateur, than loser risks and prevent some expensive part changes... Hmm, let's see.
Last bidding round my favorite drivers get's around 30 offers (!!!) and a final salary around 2.5 m$! Amazing :-O
