Difference being, you were expected to have the majority of the money with you on the weekend to pay it. This way, all you need to bring is your money for drinks and shows.
The payment plan idea means you an a small portion toward it weekly or monthly so that when you get here, the money in your account is yours and that you don't have to cancel due to it not being there at the beginning

Yeah the payment plan could/should work - I think there's some real mileage to getting people paying in instalments, as people pulling out late from karting/football etc made it less enjoyable for others who were there this year :|

I've came to the unfortunate conclusion that, although these meets are awesome. Trying to organize it whilst dealing with my own university studies is going to become an impossibility.
If anyone wishes to take the reigns of it, then by all means feel free.
I'd love for this to continue as an annual event but unfortunately I don't have the time to plan and deal with it all.

But ideally if a Scot could step up it would be better I reckon...
