Hi

After season reset my staff’s efficiency decreased by 1 point. Strange is that before season reset efficiency was same as maximum level of training. After the reset max level of training is now higher. Was there a change introduced that staff level can decrease even if it is lower than max training level for low staff levels (I know that after certain level it is normal to decrease between seasons)?
