Alrighty, so I only have a small handful of races under my belt, but I've decided to try the waters and see if there's any teams looking for a new member. Emphasis on the word "new" of course lol as this is my first season, but I've been pleased with my finishes and the amount of data I've been able to collect.
To help sweeten the deal, I'm both certified and a supporter and will remain such as GPRO is by far the best F1 Simulator I've been a member of to date!

not really. if somebody want to be in good team need to show that he really want go join them. good results is not everything.

If somebody. But most post here is from unexperienced manager who are looking for any team. My opinion is still the same. If you will do good in the begining the team will find you. Thats how it was with me. :)

Guys, everyone wants to be in a competitive team. However, why should a team approach you? I suppose it would be more logical if YOU approach a team, and tell them your plans and goals for the game, and why you want to join their team............

It also helps if you think about what you want to say to a team and why you want to say it. Why would they want you? What do you bring to the table?
