So far this season is a mixture of poor choices, bad strategies and as much bad luck as one could have for me. I think I eighter should stop pushing and start a new buildup or go full retard mode and throw everything in just to have some fun.

There are disadvantages too so it depends on your specific situation.

You should have a minimum of five dry laps, and it is still not certain that it will be of any use.

I mean the fastest lap bonus... if it was to be a throw-away race that wasn't going to help you in the season overall then the money might have been worth it to start on dry tires and try for the $1M.

Stil from my experience, it was a high risk that all of you will just spend your all life of tyres in 10 laps and will have to box, so we would have advantage.
Just if 4 laps would be dry, it would make no disadvantage probably. But it was only 2 so we fell down.
