Pro-8 is the only PRO group where 4 managers exceeded 209 km/h in last race.
In most of groups there were one or two. There are groups where even the winner was below 209... Isn't it too hard here ?:>

Yeah I think people should slow down a bit ;)
But last season this group was pretty hard as well

Can we all agree then to stay below 50CT next race and see how we compare to the other pro groups and save some $$$'s on wear .... I will if you will .... honest ;-)

Arek, are you sure that you want to go back to Rookie? Will lose all your experience and other staff and facilities atributes that you might have!
So, it's up to you to try a come back but... will be like a fresh new start more than a come back!
Train this driver as much as possible and fight to stay at amateur in seasons 46 and 47! Because season 44 is PRO! Season 45 will be PRO too! :)

I'd agree with Marcelo here. Losing all staff exp is a nightmare, and something you'll never get back quickly..

More clearly, he will never get it back at all. He will be behind all those who don't return to Rookie for ever, unless he has figured out a way to gain staff experience faster than they have. But he will still have lost all that he collected so far.

I remember all the same things were said to me, back in season 35, where I decided to go back to rookie, to make a fresh start, and train a driver that I could keep for a long time.
Sadly, I lost that driver in last race, but I never regret I made that choice :)
No matter how we choose to play this game, the most important thing, imo, is that we are enjoying it and we all are having a good time :)
