(Rothmans Blue Racing is currently a Top 50 Team and getting better season by season. All kind of accurate Data is collected since S24, just as an example that we work hard on things!)

We accept ONLY applications from managers that:

- speak English
(just a must, we must communicate somehow)

- have a professional attitude towards GPRO
(we have a professional view so we expect the same!)

- have already achieved some successful seasons
(we are not a newcomer and newbie team, sorry to all new guys, just look for a team that fits better for you!)

- are willing to invest some time into researching, experimenting and other stuff.
(there are many factors and formulas we are good, but of course there are things we have to test, experiment and share experience. IF you have knowledge and time you are welcome!)

- (full) Forum access will given soonest after 1 full season and only if you prove to be what we expect from you!
(we are loyal team members and are looking for such, not for team hoppers. You have to prove yourself first until you get a lot in return!)

- application ONLY with personal message and introduction of yourself
(we don't take anyone, indeed we are "only" 18 people in 2 teams so far, it's quality we are looking for, not quantity)
