Some dingy-looking cockbite decided he was gonna smooth talk his way into buying some LED lights with a counterfeit $100 bill. It took me half a second to touch it, then toss it back at him like he's a cheap whore. He asked me "How do you know it's fake?" I tilted my head to the left, holding onto the product he wanted to purchase, but he picked up the fake money and left without another word, which was rude because I was about to school him on how I knew it was fake. Do people really think there's absolutely no way to check whether a bill is real without that "counterfeit checking pen"?

Daniel: that has happened to me a few times. We always keep the bills and offer to call the police to verify counterfeit if they want us to return the bills. No one has ever accepted that offer. To me, they all knew it was counterfeit when they tried to use it.

My point exactly, Ken. Guy who had that fake bill must've thought I wouldn't notice it just by touching it.

As far as I know, we don't have a policy regarding counterfeit money, which is why I sometimes find fake bills in the tills on occasion.

Rostered day off them slack union workers! Made the drive home from work today amazing 😄 I'll be able to squeeze in at least another 2 Jack's tonight thanks to the quick drive home!

My eldest knows me well :P
He picked it up at lunchtime so had it in work all afternoon, his mates asked if I wouldnt prefer a spa day or something.... he told them they have no idea :P
