THE DEATH RACE
In a post-apocalyptic world devastated by bombs, drought and eternal territorial wars, the privileged people organize from time to time buggies races in the vestiges of the ancient civilization for their own pleasure as well as to sit a little more their authority. Wheel-to-wheel duels, traps and destruction are in the program of these races. Those who drive the infernal cars are slaves and the reward given to the champion is freedom. So each of them is ready to die.

RULES - SHORT VERSION
1 - Driver
Before the championship begins, every player has to distribute 5 skill points in the following skills:
Driving - Useful when it comes to progress around the racetrack.
Aggressiveness - Comes handy during ranged or melee attacks
Reflexes - Necessary in order to avoid traps.
Things you do or achieve during the race grant you experience points. These points allow you to increase your skills during the championship.
2 - Buggy Construction
Then, you have to build your buggy before each race. There are several subsystems:
Engine - Useful in straights tiles.
Chassis (including tires and suspension parts) - Useful in corners tiles.
Brakes - Useful to avoid traps.
Fuel Tank - Well, contains fuel you need to complete the race.
Glove Compartment - Contains items called Support Objects (SO) that you can use during the race.
Your buggy must reach an overall Performance Index (PI) equal or below 10. Increasing the level of each susbsystem increases the overall PI, but you gain useful bonuses.
3 - Buggy Arsenal
Your buggy is equipped with three weapons:
.50 Heavy Machine Gun - Useful at close range.
IEM Grenade Launcher - Perfect to neutralize rivals' weaponry.
50mm Lateral Rocket Launchers - Deadly in any situations.
4 - Buggy Defense
You can use several defense systems in order to avoid a ranged attack or counter a IEM neutralization:
Gravestone - Main armor of the car, it grants you 10 Armor Points (AP). You can also drop it behind to deal massive damages.
Reset chip - With this chip you can reset your locking system. Useful after being hit by an IEM grenade. The drawback is that the reset pumps fuel in addition.
Countermeasures - Flares to lure away incoming rockets. They don't always work.
Also, your buggy has 10 Hit Points (HP). If these HP reach 0, your buggy is destroyed and your race over.
5 - Racetrack
Each racetrack will contain 20 tiles. Each tile demands more or less requirements from the buggy and/or the driver. In order to progress on the racetrack, you need to fulfill these requirements.
6 - Traps
On some tiles, you can activate traps:
Zombie Containers - Unleash hordes of zombies on the track. Perfect for slowing down opponents behind you.
Oil Sprays - Another surprise to throw at your opponents.
Mines - Boom.
7 - Game Round
Each player will have to submit their round to the GameMaster (GM).
During each round, three stages occur:
Attacks - Ranged or Melee if you're on the same tile of one or more opponents.
Movement - A bit of strategy to progress on the track.
Traps - When your arrival tile is known, you can activate a trap (or not).
8 - Race Starts
Before Round 1 of the race begins, the Race Start takes place. A good combination of engine performance, aggressiveness and reflexes skills allow you to be at the front for the first round.
9 - Fuel Management
You consume 10L of fuel per lap. There are 3 laps per race. If you run out of fuel, your race is over.
10 - Pit Stops
You are allowed to pit when you start a new lap. You can refill your tank and embark Support Objects but you need to pass 1 round for each action.

Well, this game was created 8 months ago, and now there are 5 contestants, so, according to my calculations, in march 2020, the first race may begin
Of course everyone forgot their subscription to this game, but that doesn't matter; it will be like a rookie group: more than half of the people don't race ☺
