It's just minor thing I thought about not sure if you'd like it... First of all if we happen to have 12 teams again then there will be 5 instead of 6 subs. And second thing I'm thinking about adding a No of times you can pick someone as a sub, not sure yet if 2 times for each player is fair or half of the times he can be picked 'normally' (i.e. one from rookie 1 time, one from elite 3 times) this needs another thinking as I literally came up with this while I was doing R16 results...
